More About Me

My family and I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2003 as corporate
relocation, and we have loved every minute since! This area is such a jewel,
and I consider all of Northwest Arkansas to be home to my family.  My two
children both attend the University of Arkansas, and while my husband and I are
loyal Iowa Hawkeyes, we also love Calling The Hogs! I also enjoy spending time
with my family on our beautiful Beaver Lake and hiking the many amazing trails
in and around our areas.  However, my true passion is volunteerism.  I
have been involved in various capacities with non-profit organizations
throughout the region, including serving on the Board of Directors for the
Jones Center for Families in Springdale for many years and the Board of
Directors for the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville for 9 years.  I am
also a past member of Springdale Rotary and a past graduate of Leadership
Fayetteville, and was recognized as “40 Under 40” by the Northwest Arkansas
Business Journal.
